Refund policy

Shipping Times:

Our orders are usually shipped within 3 business days. On rare occasions shipments may take longer than 3 days to ship out, but you will be notified by email if that is the case. We ship out from our shop located in Bathurst, NB. Canada Post's delivery standard is 2 - 7 days. We do not ship outside of Canada at this time. 

Online Refunds & Exchanges:

We happily offer refunds for products that you’ve ordered from our online shop if they’re not quite right! Simply email us to notify us of the issue within 1 week of receiving the item, ship it back to us, and send us the tracking number of the returned parcel within 10 days of initially receiving the package. Returned items must not be opened, used, worn, or damaged, with tags still attached. All earrings and sale items are final sale. 

We are more than happy to send you a pre-paid shipping label to send it back to us if you are exchanging your return for another size or store credit but if you are returning your order for a refund, we ask that you cover the cost of shipping the item back to us. Once we receive the return we will issue the store credit or refund. Refunds should show up in your account in 3-5 business days. 

We are not responsible for lost, broken, stolen, or unclaimed packages but we can file insurance claims on your behalf. If a package arrives broken or damaged, please inform us within 24 hours of parcel marked as "delivered" to you. 

In-Store Refunds & Exchanges:

We want you to love what you take home with you! If something’s not quite right, we offer refunds or exchanges within 30 days of your in-store purchase. Items must be returned with the original receipt, original tags attached, and if applicable, in their original packaging. Returned items must not be worn, used, or damaged.

Please note:
– All earrings, sale items, and second-hand clothing or goods are final sale. No returns or exchanges will be made.
– Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

Workshops:

Cancel at least 5 days in advance of the start of a workshop for a full refund of your workshop fees.

Cancel at least 4 days in advance of the start of workshop for a 50% refund of your fees. There is no refund available if you do not email prior to 24 hours before the start of the class.
