What are your lead times?

Lead times for ready-made gifts can be as quick as 3 business days.

Custom or larger bulk orders may require additional time (up to 2 weeks depending on the products selected and current order volume), so we recommend reaching out as early as possible, especially for holiday season orders.

That being said, if you need it by a specific date, let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Do you offer delivery or shipping?

Free Local Delivery: We offer free delivery  upon request, within a 25km radius of our shop at 188 Main St, Bathurst, NB. Please reach out to us if you'd like your gifts delivered!

Canada-Wide Shipping: Outside our local delivery zone? We ship corporate and client gift packages across Canada, so your team, clients, or offices can be anywhere in the country and still receive the same thoughtfully curated experience.

How is each gift packaged?

Each gift can be offered in Mercado-branded kraft gift bags, each product individually wrapped in white tissue paper.

Alternatively, we can present your gifts in kraft paper boxes, nestled in crinkle paper and finished with a little ribbon.
